IBM Notes 9.01 Crash on XenApp 6.5 FP1

Hi

We keep on having crashes with IBM Notes Client 9.0.1. We had Notes Client 8.5.3 FP1 and had crashes, now we upgraded to 9.0.1 and still have crashes.
I changed the data directory to be on the same Physical Host from a separate Fileserver but that didn't help.
I switched to a different XenApp Host with the same setup and that didn't help either.

The System is Windows Server 2008 R2 64-Bit.

The Client crashes at different points but some users have very seldom to almost no crashes and some users have like 3-5 crashes a day.

Disable optimizations, and DEP if enabled
Hi,

1. Is there any optimization enabled for XenApp ? Can you try disabling the optimization
2. Exclude Notes specific processes from "Data Execution Prevention" (DEP) list of Windows server.
3. Can you capture few NSDs for the crash and upload the same ?

Hi Swikar

DEP was enabled. So I tried this and see how it goes.

Citrix is optimized for WAN with the WAN optimization policy of Citrix. That will be my next step if the DEP doesn't help.

rather same problems here

Did you disable DEP or set it to "DEP Windows only", cause disabling is no option for us?
